Refund policy

We want your dog to love their costume.
If something isn't right, contact us at Pupfits@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Wrong size: contact us first. We'll offer an exchange or a refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong item: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you, with no return needed.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We can't accept returns on items that have been worn outdoors, chewed or damaged.
